  • "Brian is a great trainer! I am 80 years old and have been an amputee for over 30 years now. Last year I was diagnosed with the early signs of osteoporosis. I met with Brian and he took his time and fully explained how exercise could help reverse my condition. He had to make all of it custom because of my disability we couldn't do many types of exercises. Brian was very patient with me and take his time repeating it if I couldn't remember. He also explained everything very good and gave me a printout with pictures on it to practice certain exercises on my own. After a short-time my strength and my energy were up higher than they have been in years. Having Brian also helps motivate me and keep doing the exercises. I'll admit it's easier to just stop doing the exercise if he's not there. I highly recommend Brian!"
