I’ve put this package together to give you everything you need to start a reliable and results-oriented fitness program.

Plenty of discussion and assessment time up front to make sure I learn all about you and design the right program for you. Package includes several 1-on-1 training sessions for me to demonstrate the exercises and make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly. Package includes guidelines for what to, what to eat, and an exercise and nutrition journal to track your progress.

Package Specifications and FAQ (Click to open)

Session Duration is 55-60 minutes. This includes all items such as the warm-up, journal review, weekly body weight assessments, workout, cool-down, and any discussion. Please arrive early and warm-up prior to session and have your journal completed and ready to go in order to save time. Please be aware that time spent navigating parking garages or lobbies do come out of your session time so be sure to provide proper arrangements to maximize our time together.

Session Expiration: This is a 3 Month (12 Week Program). All Sessions must be used within 3 Months from when we do the assessments and first training session. We recommend using the sessions on the first Monday of the 2nd and 3rd weeks for beginners, or on the first Monday of the 2nd and 3rd month for more experienced athletes. In the event of a serious injury or extenuating circumstances that prevent a return to physical exercise in a reasonable time frame, we will provide a courtesy session expiration extension or possibly a refund, at Trainers’ discretion.

We Train At YOUR Facility: Your Home, Your Gym, Your Work, Your Condo or Apartment Complex Facility, or Outside at a Park, Beach, etc. This convenient option—that most trainers charge MUCH MORE FOR—is INCLUDED! If you are outside of our acceptable distance we may be able to accommodate by adding a small travel fee to your sessions/package. If you would like us to train you at your commercial gym, facility, or rec. center keep in mind that some facilities do not allow independent trainers to use their facility and others that do sometimes require a gym-use fee or a gym membership.

Monthly Fitness Assessment: Your Initial Assessment (this is required prior to beginning Personal Training), a $95.00 value, is included in the package cost. This assessment includes strength, flexibility, cardiovascular output, balance, biomechanics, muscle imbalances, and more.

Monthly BodyFat Analysis: Rather than only using Body Weight we also measure your Body Fat, as a percentage of your Body Weight, on a regular basis. Body weight can fluctuate regularly and monitoring that alone will do you no good if you are also simultaneously increasing muscle weight (good) as opposed to body fat percentage (bad). A regular analysis of your Body Fat level will let us know that we are on the right track and are making progress even if the scale or mirror aren’t showing it just yet. We use both very specific methods of calculation as well as non-invasive/non-embarrassing methods of BodyFat analysis to ensure that our clients are always comfortable.

Diet/Nutrition Assessment: A custom plan will be provided that will show you what foods are the best to eat, the right amount of calories to eat, how to discover foods that will fit into your plan, and how to manage it.

Email/Phone Q&A: We are available to help you with your health and fitness! Whether it’s a question about how to do an exercise, food, dieting, purchasing equipment, etc. we are here to help! Includes up to an hour of coaching per month/10 sessions. Note: This is NOT included in the DIY package. However, if you would like this service it is available as an add-on to our package.

It also provides information about exercise, common foods, and tracks your assessment information. This will become your new day planner!
