*The Duration of Program if your training sessions are used at an average rate of 2 sessions per week. Your sessions are yours to use as-is convenient for you. They may be used more frequently than twice per week, and this is often recommended in order to achieve maximum results with your fitness program. It is not really recommended to use them at a rate of less than 2 sessions per week, however, the sessions are yours and you may use them however you’d like, as long as it is within the expiration period. We fully understand that life happens, things come up, and it will not always be possible for you to stick to the “ideal” schedule that you started out wanting. We will make every effort to accommodate to your schedule as things come up.

Price Per Session estimates are based on Pay-In-Full pricing and rounded down to the nearest dollar amount.

Session Duration is 55-60 minutes. This includes all items such as the warm-up, journal review, weekly body weight assessments, workout, cool-down, and any discussion. Please arrive early and warm-up prior to session and have your journal completed and ready to go in order to save time. Please be aware that time spent navigating parking garages or lobbies do come out of your session time so be sure to provide proper arrangements to maximize our time together.

*The Duration of Program if your training sessions are used at an average rate of 2 sessions per week. Your sessions are yours to use as-is convenient for you. They may be used more frequently than twice per week, and this is often recommended in order to achieve maximum results with your fitness program (providing of course that Trainer schedule can accommodate). It is not really recommended to use them at a rate of less than 2 sessions per week, however, the sessions are yours and you may use them however you’d like, as long as it is within the expiration period. We will make every effort to accommodate to your schedule as things come up. As long as we’re provided with advance notice of cancellations then you will not lose any of your sessions.

Session Expiration: If you purchase a 3 Month program package, you may take up to twice that duration—or 6 Months—to use your sessions. For an 18 Week program package—9 Months. For a 6 Month program package—1 Year. In the event of a serious injury or extenuating circumstances that prevent a return to physical exercise in a reasonable time frame, we will provide a courtesy session expiration extension or possibly a refund, at Trainers’ discretion.

We Train At YOUR Facility: Your Home, Your Gym, Your Work, Your Condo or Apartment Complex Facility, or Outside at a Park, Beach, etc. This convenient option—that most trainers charge MUCH MORE FOR—is INCLUDED! If you are outside of our acceptable distance we may be able to accommodate by adding a small travel fee to your sessions/package. If you would like us to train you at your commercial gym, facility, or rec. center keep in mind that some facilities do not allow independent trainers to use their facility and others that do sometimes require a gym-use fee or a gym membership.

Fitness Assessment: Your Initial Assessment (this is required prior to beginning Personal Training), a $95.00 value, is included in the package cost. In addition, on a monthly basis or routinely during your personal training sessions your trainer will evaluate your current fitness level and adjust the program as necessary. This assessment includes strength, flexibility, cardiovascular output, balance, biomechanics, muscle imbalances, and more.

Weekly BodyFat Analysis: Rather than only using Body Weight we also measure your Body Fat, as a percentage of your Body Weight, on a weekly basis. Body weight can fluctuate regularly and monitoring that alone will do you no good if you are also simultaneously increasing muscle weight (good) as opposed to body fat percentage (bad). Regularly checking your body fat level will let us know that you’re on the right track and are making progress even if the scale or mirror aren’t showing it just yet. We use multiple methods of calculation for BodyFat analysis. We use body fat calipers for athletes requiring very specific accuracy, as well as less-intrusive methods (just standing on a body fat scale). We want to ensure our clients are comfortable.

Diet/Nutrition Assessment: A custom plan will be provided that will show you what foods are the best to eat, the right amount of calories to eat, how to discover foods that will fit into your plan, and how to manage it.

Session Utilization / Life Coaching: Your sessions are yours to cash in. We are happy to let you mix-and-match between the different services we offer in order to provide you with a more holistic (whole/complete) approach to enhancing your life. A service we offer, that is related to, yet also completely outside the realm of physical wellness, is life coaching. Perhaps able to be an even greater immediate benefit to your life over your physical health may be your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Also keep in mind the rest of your life is HEAVILY influential on your physical life. For example, just consider how harmful addictions, or anxiety or stress in marriages, relationships, career, and family can impact our desire to eat and sleep well and give us time to focus on ourselves in a positive way. Email/Phone Q&A: We are available to help you with your health and fitness! Whether it’s a question about how to do an exercise, food, dieting, purchasing equipment, etc. we are here to help! Includes up to an hour of coaching per month/10 sessions.

Boot Camps—outdoor group exercise workouts—are occasionally offered if the demand is high enough. These high-energy workouts are a great way to get some fresh air and switch up the routine while burning some calories and socializing with others. It is also a cheaper way to add some more non-boring exercise to your week! Standard pricing is $25/sessions or Package of 10 for $179 — Active personal training clients get a 30% Discount – $17.50/session or 10 for $129! Let us know if you would be interested in attending a boot camp and bringing your friends, family, and/or co-workers to join!
In addition, even if we don’t have any Boot Camps on the schedule you can bring your friends or family members and create your own group exercise workout for only an additional $10 per person. (verify/coordinate with trainer prior to session)

Our Daily Exercise & Nutrition Journal is a great resource to help you with your fitness goals. It provides a convenient and handy way to keep track of your calories and your workouts outside of your training sessions. It also provides information about exercise, common foods, and tracks your assessment information. This will become your new day timer! 🙂
