  • Conceptualization

    Our first session. Includes getting to know each other, fitness assessments, goal setting, and fitness program development.

  • Execution

    Most of our time would be in this phase. In this phase we focus on executing your fitness program, developing good habits and routines, and more.

  • Refining

    Temporary or as-needed phase we enter in and out of regularly during the execution phase. We review progress and adjust as needed.

  • Maintenance

    Final phase. I'm not needed! You've realized your goals and love life. Minimal effort is now needed to keep forever what you've already achieved.

Nutrition Counseling

Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way. I have a Custom Diet Plan (that I created) that will guarantee you results! If you’re on a specific diet I will show you how to customize it to work with the system so you can track it. This isn’t some quick-fix approach. It’s based on the universally-accepted science and basic math that nutritionists agree to. Because your diet is of utmost important I include it with all of our training packages.

Mental Coaching

Are you an athlete? We can incorporate mental skills training into your fitness program. Benefits include enhanced performance, increased enjoyment, and greater self-satisfaction. Mental skills training refers to the systematic and consistent practice of mental or psychological skills. Our methods and techniques come from a variety of sources including mainstream psychology, research or elite athletes and experiences of coaches and athletes. Most personal trainers, and even athletic coaches, are not trained in this skill set. Some of the most useful mental skills cited include :

04 / MONITOR PROGRESS & MAKE ADJUSTMENTS

Continually monitor progress with ongoing assessments and adjust as necessary so you are achieving your goals. An important part of the process is tracking results. Many trainers do this only once every few months—this is way too long to wait in my opinion. This is often neglected because assessments take time to do. However, to maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. And you need to be aware of when your diet, or vacations, or weekends, or whatever is the cause of your lack of progress. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

I’m available by phone or email (for all active clients) throughout the week to answer any questions and provide solutions. I will teach you and show you techniques to improve your health and fitness for a lifetime. You will learn valuable information that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.

We are happy to let you mix-and-match between the different services we offer in order to provide you with a more holistic (whole/complete) approach to enhance your life. Each session is roughly an hour of our time and you can use that time for whatever you want that will add value to your life. We assume if you’ve made it to our website that you will want to use most of your sessions for personal training/exercise, but if you want to use some of your sessions to discuss nutrition in detail, working on mental training skills (I’m a certified mental coach), or discussing things going on in your life (I’m also a certified life coach) then great. I’m happy to be here to empower you in any way that I can!
