Thanks for stopping by. My name is Brian and I’m a self-employed personal trainer in the central Pinellas County (Clearwater – St. Petersburg) area. I’m your dedicated coach because I’m not tied down to a specific gym—I go where you go! I provide in-home personal training in a wide variety of locations including your home, inside or outside, condo or apartment complex facilities, select commercial gyms, your office gym, public parks or beaches, or anywhere else that’s convenient for you! We can use your equipment or I can bring mine. I accommodate to your time schedule, location, and goals. I even offer coaching in advanced specializations including nutrition, mental skills, overcoming bad habits, and navigating life obstacles.

I start with an assessment to ensure that I design a safe and effective training program and for progress to be accurately measured.
02 / S.M.A.R.T. GOAL SETTING
Are your expectations reasonable? I’ll help you achieve the results you want, with realistic expectations and accountability.
03 / FITNESS PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
I will custom-design an exercise, nutrition, and flexibility program for your fitness level, lifestyle, goals and preferences.
04 / MONITOR PROGRESS & ADJUST
I will continually monitor progress with ongoing assessments, adjusting the program and giving advice to stay on target.

Two things that make my personal training programs unique are that I’m not confined to any particular location, and I allow you to “cash-in” your workout sessions in a variety of different ways! You may certainly use your sessions in a typical or common way—e.g. in your home, condo complex, etc.—but you always have the option to get “outside-the-box” as well. Do you have a “fantasy” goal like hiking Mt. Everest or completing a marathon? Perhaps a 5K, triathlon, obstacle course, or mud run is on your wish list? It’s no big deal for me to help you with your primary goal, say losing weight or gaining muscle, while also helping you prepare for a 5K. We could even include physical or mental exercises to help you improve your performance in competitive sports or even recreational activities that you enjoy i.e. rock climbing, dancing, golf, volleyball, tennis, canoeing, etc. So we could include some of these things in your overall program on a regular basis or out-of-the-blue you could just say “Hey on Friday can we do a workout that will help my tennis game?!” The answer is “Yes!” 🙂
HERE’S A FEW IDEAS WE COULD USE TO SPICE UP YOUR SESSIONS
Park Workouts
Get some exercise in the great outdoors. Fresh air and scenery. Perfect for a cardio-centric impromptu obstacle course sure to kick your butt.
Cross Training
Get outdoors for some cross training and sprinter drills sure to shred the fat and get the heart rate up. The upper body will get plenty of exercise too.
Nutrition Coaching
Take us grocery shopping with you. Coaching that will change the way you shop. Be good for just this one hour and it sets up the rest of your week for success.
Rehab & Prevention
Specifically for osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes or insulin-insensitivity, high blood pressure or exercise while pregnant.
Mud / Obstacle Courses
Train for a mud run / obstacle course. As a veteran, I know exactly what/how to prepare you. We may even put together an MPOWERED team to face the challenge together!
MMA & Boxing
Get extreme cardio training in the form of drills in Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Clinching, Wrestling. Beginner level technique and concepts also taught.
Running / Marathon
Love running? Or have you always wanted to complete a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon? Incorporate a run-training regimen into your fitness program.
Group Boot Camps
Group exercise classes, or boot camps, when available. When not, for a small fee bring friends and family members to your workout for your own custom boot camp!
